Your family's information, kept private
Co-parenting records are some of the most personal information there is. Here's how Tandem looks after them, in plain language.
Private by default
Only the parents in your family can see your family's information. Anyone else sees only what you add them for, and nobody you add can send messages or change anything.
Professionals need both parents' approval
Lawyers, mediators and parenting coordinators get read-only access only after both parents approve, and every time they open your record it's logged where you can both see it.
Encrypted connections
Every page and request uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
No passwords to steal
You sign in with a one-time email link or your Google account. Tandem doesn't store passwords.
Payments by Stripe
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Tandem never sees or stores your card number.
Nightly encrypted backups
Every night, family data is backed up and encrypted, with a copy kept away from our main hosting.
No ads, never sold
We don't show ads and we don't sell or share your data for marketing.
You're in control
Export your full record whenever you like, and delete your account from Settings. A Quick exit button on every page takes you away in one tap.
